Dharma drum at Haein-sa
"Every morning and evening at the larger Buddhist temples in Korea, four instruments are played as the precursor for the ritual bowing and chanting services. The playing of the instruments is meant as a means to send out sounds of liberating enlightenment to all corners of the universe, through the air, land and water and all the creatures that reside within. The drum calls out to all animals on land."
